Xerox and the TSG

Xerox is a great company to do work with.  Having been around forever, they understand how to take care of their clients.  One of the policies they have in place is their Total Satisfaction Guarantee.  This is a guarantee that you won’t be stuck with a lemon.  We have seen Xerox replace copiers for clients after they follow a basic series of protocols.  The key is having the back-up needed so that it is not simply a frivilous replacement.  They want to make it all work, but if an hour or 2 service call can fix the problem, they won’t pull out the whole copier merely because someone is frustrated.
